Payout is a platform for users to submit, view, process invoices for internal and external transactions. The platform also encourages the users to track and manage invoices, as well as receive updates.
Project Nova focused on increasing adoption of a secure supply chain platform by improving employee awareness, training, and establish a support hub for users. User research led to internal communication strategies and onboarding improvements.

Ellership is a platform for students to match with internship opportunities and post-graduation jobs. The platform also encourages the users to connect with alumni, career coaches, and prospective companies and start-ups.
For my MIS Senior Capstone, I worked with the local Crisis Response Center (CRC) to create a platform for management and staff to schedule shifts, request-time off, view availability, and receive updates. The platform also encourages the users to communicate with each other, and connects with external users (staffing agency).
